I have issue where I can't use my keyboard or Joystick with 3 games. These
games are Blacksad, Devil May Cry 5, and Thronebreaker The Watcher Tales.

The common point between those 3 games that they require native Mfplate.dll to
run. I had good chance with Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, and Resident Evil 2
Remake that they also required native Mfplate.dll, and they ran without any
input issues, so I don't know what causes issues with these 3 games in
particular.
