[Bug 52064] Solidworks 2008 crashes on startup

Solidworks 2008 is working again with Wine 9.1. Didn't check everything but
most functionality is there. Occasional glitches with graphics, but it doesn't
seem to crash or lock up.

I believe this bug should be closed, as it concerned some type of regression
that appeared in Wine 5.22, but seems to be gone now.
