These failures can also happen on Windows:
* They happened on w11pro64-amd from 2022-10-24 to 2022-11-01. I think those
can be ignored because they match a period where the Radeon driver was
installed with its GUI which is known to cause trouble (mostly clipboard and
message broadcast issues though).
* They also happened on w7u-adm from 2022-07-19 (and maybe earlier) to
2022-07-25 and then stopped so those were assumed to have been fixed.
* But they are happening again randomly on w7u-* since 2023-01-16.
