"There is one thing that I've noticed about some drivers. They allow an
application to quickly return from a call to midiOutClose() or midiInClose(),
but the driver then goes on to do some "cleanup" in the background. The driver
may not yet be ready to allow someone else to do a midiInOpen() or
midiOutOpen()[corr.] during that time, and may return a "Device is busy"
error."
