[Bug 29016] page fault while loading metatrader, then freezing

hi Jérome,
where have you seen me talking about crash ? nowhere i'm sure. And you simply
seems have not look at the file joined.

Details:
- the log is about wine "loading"
- get the same log while "loading" MT4, then it works as it might
- get this log too while "loading" MT5, but it freeze then a few seconds later
after receiving some data, and need to kill its process outside as the menu is
also frozen
