[Bug 40894] Warcraft 3: Crash on starting the game

With Wine 2.16 and the old patch of Warcraft 3 I'm seeing the game crashing no
matter if -opengl is used or not. For this reason the new Warcraft 3 patch
can't be installed via the game and Blizzard seems to have disabled public
access from their FTP server so manually downloading and installing the patch
is not possible too. Also even if installing the new Warcraft 3 patch would
cause the game not to crash anymore it would not fix this bug since the old
Warcraft 3 patch should run fine under Windows while it still does not under
Wine.
