Did you read what I said? Please don't reset the version!

"winetricks -q dotnet35" usually just works, did you try using regular wine
from winehq in a clean WINEPREFIX?

Anyways, there seems to be something very wrong with your setup, and I don't
think this is the right place to discuss this.
