I figured out why my last dumps don't got any backtrace. The wine process uses one complete cpu and doesn't stop until I kill it.
These are the running processes: 69739 ?? Ss 1:11.87 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wineserver 69745 ?? Ss 0:00.04 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin C:\windows\system32\services.exe 69747 ?? S 0:00.17 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin C:\windows\system32\winedevice.exe MountMgr 69749 ?? S 0:00.03 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin C:\windows\system32\plugplay.exe 69751 ?? Ss 0:00.22 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin C:\windows\system32\explorer.exe /desktop 69753 s000 R 39:08.73 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin C:\Program Files\PlayOnline\SquareEnix\PlayOnlineViewer\pol.exe /game 69840 s000 S 0:00.43 /usr/local/Cellar/wine/1.7.51/lib/../bin/wine.bin winedbg --auto 35 504
