[Bug 15331] Warhammer Patch Bug!

This shdocvw:PersistStorage_InitNew bug seems to be fixed now in wine 1.1.9. Of
course, there is another problem, however, in that wine 1.1.9 forces builtin
winhttp, which generates a different game patcher error. See bug 16165 for
details on that. With the offending patch, number
e4f7809cc9969c693d910348315502892848aaf9, reversed, native windows winhttp.dll
is allowed to laod, and with no other patches, the patcher is working for me. I
hope this isn't as confusing as it sounds.
