With regards whether the bug is "critical" or "not", we can debate. We spent some considerable time finding out the issue. I just want to emphasize and want to make clear that EVERY WINDOWS APPLICATION ON WINE is impacted by this bug.
A final solution also need to handle the situation that existing screwed Registry entries need to be cleaned up.
