--- Comment #9 from scar r6btzkgnhs@snkmail.com --- the problem still exists to this day, currently with wine 1.7.50 and mIRC 7.43... i thought it might be a problem with gecko because according to this page: http://wiki.winehq.org/Gecko i should have 2.40 installed but in /usr/share/wine/gecko there is no version 2.40. so i downloaded wine_gecko-2.40-x86_64.msi and wine_gecko-2.40-x86.msi and put them there but didn't seem to help. are those supposed to get executed somehow?
i'm not sure what you really want me to do to test this. the link at http://wiki.winehq.org/RegressionTesting is very long and confusing
