[Bug 20643] World of Warcraft patcher tries to change folder permissions

I tried this too, but the game gives an error about not being able to write to
the game directory(I assume it means it can't write permissions, because users
in my group are able to create, execute, and delete files in the WoW folder,
even if it is owned by root.  It seems that the launcher fails if it is unable
to change the permissions on the WoW folder.
