[Bug 13210] dinput: keyboard input not working at all for some games

While investigating the problem I found out that the issue is a bit different
than first assumed. It is *not* that the keyboard input does not work but that
the game window does not get the focus automatically.

E.g. I start the game, it enters full-screen mode etc and if I press any key
the game does not react. If I explicitly move focus to the game window (e.g. by
using alt-tab) key presses and everything work nicely.

I'll look if I find a demo where this problem also happens.
