[Bug 12923] GTR2 graphics are seen through or invisible

Roderick, I can't get the game to load up completely ( screen goes black and
first logo video doesn't start) when trying to run cod4 with WINEDEBUG=+d3d.  I
hope that someone else who reads this and has the same issue can upload the
trace data.  I'd really like to see this get fixed!
