[Bug 13646] d3d9 device tests crash on XP

When I look at

I see a few crashes. All the other XP entries skip this particular test. The
same is true for W2K3. The ones that don't crash don't run this particular
test. And I guess it's also the case if you look at the Vista tests
(http://test.winehq.org/data/0b6acfbce7b0bf2aedb5176bfa959edc3f0d74f6/#group_...).

So I guess that this particular IDirect3DDevice9_SetMaterial test has to be
removed or changed.
