With the default color theme, I don't see any of the reported issues.
That's not surprising.
It could help if you replace one color at a time with "255,0,255" in the registry to point out the names of the problematic colors.
It's would be useful to have a screenshot from Windows vs Wine with distinct colors so any difference is apparent.
