[Bug 30517] MS Office 2007 applications are always on all activities in KDE, they don't have option to select activity

That's because KDE isn't accepting non-standard decorations (Office uses custom
decorations). You'll likely have similar behavior from other custom decorated
applications, e.g., Steam.
