[Bug 18421] Installing Gecko

First I tried the instructions as described in the documentation above as:
 'sudo mv wine_gecko-0.9.1.cab /usr/share/wine/gecko/'

When I tried to run Wine it could not find VERSION file. I thought this was
probably wrong and that the cab file needed to be uncabbed. This I did in
/usr/share/wine/gecko/. Wine could still not find it.

I then found the entry in user.reg which pointed to C:\Program Files\gecko. I
have made this a soft link to /usr/share/wine/gecko and I can now start IE.
