Which language are you talking about ? Is this only in Fiesta Online ?

For another reason I just tried to rebuild wine-1.7.46 without that patch, and
I confirm that without it, if your locale is setted up to fr_FR, all of these
keys are still reversed in TR:Anniversary and similar games.
