Well, the "GW2 guy" on Andrew's repo just reported to be super happy with
results of pba now, with an amd card (I would almost dare to say performance is
just slightly short of the expected Windows one)

AFAICT he's using mesa 18.3 with lutris's default esync-staging-pba-3.18 (based
on TK patches which are based on firerat's work). 
And no knob or switch.

Maybe there aren't problems anymore? (/s)
