This is a Wine issue. Garuda is the only OS where I have run into this and the only difference is out of the box they have wine-staging installed instead of wine. A couple of releases back I fixed the issue by uninstalling wine-staging and installing wine. This time that's not working. Just used "sudo pacman -Rns playonlinux" and reinstalled Wine 5.23.
There's no such version as wine 5.23. Where are you getting that number?
How are you trying to run the program with wine, and exactly what happens as a result?
