[Bug 13915] Oblivon Script Extender (OBSE) fails to start ("privileged instruction")

Just for information, launching the game under Windows Vista with
obse_loader.exe creates a 'obse_loader.log' with the following content :

crc = 7934C86C
dll = C:\Games\Oblivion\obse_1_2_416.dll
hookBase = 00160000
loadLibraryAAddr = 77A59491
hook thread complete
launching oblivion

The game's version is the same since I just did a copy/paste of the files and
registry keys.

BTW, the texture's corruption was unrelated. Still, the loading problem is
still there.
