On my i7, but not on some slower machines, the EULA screen
for the WoW Battlechest and the Starcraft II Beta installer
shows no HTML content, and since you can't scroll down, the
Accept button is inactive.

A workaround for SC2 and probably WoW is to do winetricks ie6.
