VNC appears to be working fine in all cases. Xephyr seems to fail when GLX is available. If you use 'Xephyr :1 -ac -disable GLX' it works. This is either a Xephyr or Mesa bug. Other programs like glxinfo and so on crash as well. If I force creation of a indirect rendering context (wine tries to create a direct one) I get a BadValue error which indicates that the visual is not suitable for GLX for some unknown reason.
Either Xephyr or Mesa needs a fix, there is nothing that I can do in Wine, so I'm marking this bug invalid.
