WINEDEBUG=warn+all for REDCINE

Summary:  REDCINE ( http://www.red.com/support/release_history/6 ) crashes upon
startup.  This apparently works properly under Wine on a 32 bit installation.

The previous version of REDCINE worked great for me, but on upgrading I'm
getting this bug with the same error (err:seh:raise_exception Unhandled
exception code c0000005 flags 0 addr 0x7bc4956c)

REDCINE 3.18 appears to start successfully with wine-1.2-rc3-57-gb3f0425,
although it doesn't seem to be usable.
