When clicking "Game" -> "Start New Game" from the menu, a message box is
displayed saying "Go failed, seterrorcode oldest: 71 newest: 87, DDERR:
D3DERR_TEXTURE_LOAD_FAILED". The linked Staging patch fixes it.
