Mouse input in menus is broken since wine-staging 5.0rc3. Mouse still works in-game for movement if you start a new game by navigating the main menu with your keyboard.

The patch mentioned in that bug did not fix the issue for me. The mouse pointer doesn't move at all in this case.
And just to be clear this issue only happens in wine-staging, regular wine works fine.

I believe this should fix the problem. It could be added at the end of the user32-rawinput-nolegacy staging patch series.
It should be done differently to avoid the regression in the middle of the series, but that would require updating the other patches.

The patch worked. Mouse works in the menus again.
