Three or four times in the last couple weeks, I've seen

../../../tools/runtest -q -P wine -M kernel32.dll -T ../../.. -p
kernel32_test.exe.so change.c && touch change.ok
change.c:81: Test failed: Missed notification

The first couple times it was on a q9300 with wine64, most recently
on Austin's 32 bit buildslave.

I can see this more reliably with valgrind, and some warnings from it too. See
bug 36124.

Yeah; I ran make change.ok in a loop with/without valgrind for about an hour
with no failures.
