[Bug 5523] Freedom Force crashes with error alert: init renderer, - wine-bugs

Problem still exists with Wine 1.1.22.  Upon attempting to run Freedom Force
via Steam, a popup dialog box appears saying, "Installing Microsoft DirectX for
Windows (Step 1 of 1), next another popup titled "Alert", saying "alert: init
renderer," appears.
Upon clicking Ok, Freedom Force closes, and Winedbg does not start.
