Dragon NaturallySpeaking 10 Standard crashes consistently after almost exactly 12 minutes of use, no matter what the user is doing to it (heavy use, light use, nothing). err:ntdll:RtlpWaitForCriticalSection section 0xe9e608 "?" wait timed out in thread 0043, blocked by 003e, retrying (60 sec)

This is what the screen looks like immediately after the crash. The box in the center should say that the program has crashed, but it does not display properly. The DragonBar in the upper right-hand corner stops displaying properly (the black text is an error). And in the upper left-hand corner, bits of wine or dragon message partially cover over my program icons.
I get lots of the following message.
err:ole:OleLoadPicture IPersistStream_Load failed fixme:gdiplus:GdipCreateHBITMAPFromBitmap stub fixme:bitmap:SetDIBits shouldn't require a DC for DIB_RGB_COLORS
And this is the last line I see before the crash.
