Garena will start, thats ok, but after login clicking on LAN or right click on your buddy and start chatting.. Garena will freeze or crash itself or nothing happend.
I used for test wine 1.7.3

When you will in Garena logged and then you click on LAN button, then it will open garena_room.exe (path: installationfolder/room). But it didn't do it.
When i tried it open manually, it creates log: "Oct 19 12:49:53 error MSFireWall2.cpp MSFirewallSetting2::__Initialize[49]: CreateInstance failed: 0x80040154"
And app says: "Auth in Main Server"

You're using an outdated client and possibly not recent Wine version. There wasn't much change in recent years to 'hnetcfg' to make a difference though.
If your 'garena_room.log' shows something like this:

Whatever firewall/policy "errors" you are seeing in logs this has nothing to do with the actual problem.
