using "uninstall wine software"  uninstalling Itunes 9.2 results in
reinstalling application instead of removing it

Confirming. 'uninstaller' looks at the UninstallString value of
the Uninstall key, which is set like this:

MsiExec.exe /I{C1E11C46-E6EB-4BD2-9ADF-2A98ACBEB216}

which should be:

MsiExec.exe /X{C1E11C46-E6EB-4BD2-9ADF-2A98ACBEB216}
