I think this bug is more likely to be mscoree bug.
It seems to need dotnet351, but even with dotnet35 installed via winetricks the installer wants dotnet40. And then it complains dotnet35 sp1...

--- Comment #3 from Vincent Povirk madewokherd@gmail.com --- Yeah, if this happens without native .NET, it's an mscoree bug.
Does this happen in current Wine? It's possible this is the problem 4d44363e604858a93da3dcb41fd91938fdc4c227 fixed.

Hi Vincent,
The installer no longer throws a backtrace after accepting the EULA, now it throws one right at the very end of the install prcess after throwing a bunch of errors related to the FTR player's DLL files.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Make a clean prefix. 2. Run the program. 3. You may be prompted to install MSVC 2012 Update 1 so click the "Install" button. 4. Proceed through the installation all the way to the point where the install process starts and to the point where it starts trying to register some DLL files. 5. After you get several pop-ups related to the DLLs the program tries to register, you then receive a backtrace.
I will attach the terminal output and backtrace in the next post.
