Clicking on the Help link on the Arb details panel in Rebelbetting opens Wine
Explorer.

1. "winetricks -q dotnet40" (Bug 37883)
2. Install and log in.
3. Click on the Help link in the Arb details panel on the left (NOT the Help
link in the top right).
4. Wine Explorer opens.

It looks like SHELL_execute messes up the URL.

Any of the "Upgrade" buttons does the same.

In Wine 3.8, the URL now opens in the native browser, as it should.
RebelBetting 6.9.
