No still the same problem, I have a german keyboard layout, other apps running under wine like Eve-Online don't have this problem. Like I described before ä ö ü and ß (these are german characters) are working except y/z which are switched.

--- Comment #3 from Jayme tuxnet@gmail.com 2009-02-11 15:48:55 --- I'm able to reproduce this problem with wine 1.1.13.
y/z are changed, and is seems like the keys cvbnm,. are moved one key to the left so c=x,v=c,b=v,n=b ans so on. This does not happen if I downgrade wine to 1.0.1

moved one key to the left so c=x,v=c,b=v,n=b ans so on.
This seems to be fixed with wine 1.1.15 - but the ingame keyboard layout seems to be en.

--- Comment #5 from Dmitry Timoshkov dmitry@codeweavers.com 2009-02-25 02:55:40 --- This bug is fixed, in-game problem is a different one, and most likely a duplicate of the bug 15350.

--- Comment #7 from volker.groeschel@sap.com 2009-03-05 04:50:24 --- Is this bug really fixed?
I updated to 1.1.16 but still have a switched keyboard layout for Y and Z in Metin2 (download link: http://metin2.de/main/download) for the short keys.
i.e. for account names, chat etc. everything is fine. Y is Y and Z is Z.
But to pick up something from the floor is supposed to work with Y, but with Wine I need to press Z. Other keyboard short cuts like C etc. work as expected.
With an old Wine version (e.g. 0.9.56) it worked as expected and under XP it works with Y, too.
Should I file a new but or is will the status of this one be changed?
I think it is worth noting that Metin2 is developed in Korea and has an option to use the internal or the external IME. But the problem exist with both choices.
To recreate the issue, you can get a free account for the game and drop something on the floor. Then press Y or Z to pick it up.

See the Comment #5.
Acutally I don't understand comment #5. What is the in-game problem which is not solved and what is the problem which is solved?
My problem is exactly described in the header of this bug: "Switched Y/Z on german keybord settings"
And this problem persists in 1.1.16 and is not related to http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=15350 since this bug is a regression in 1.1.3, but the Y/Z problem exists at last since version 1.0.
Thus there is no open bug which describes the problem.
