It won't necessary help for 64 bit redist package.

I've added a stub implementation of _set_FMA3_enable function. Now the
application is behaving the same way with native and builtin msvcr120.dll (it
doesn't work on my computer). Please retest.

The stub implementation seems to do the trick so far.
Game is complaining about missing directx features instead.
