1. running winetricks vcrun6 wmp9 2. setting msvcrt.dll back to builtin (e.g with winecfg) 3. running the installer

git-reset a7fe36b327b68df76d28c5b9d287272544326256 git checkout -f
and putting both patches from bug 20999 on top of it, let the installer finish
