The game crashes when I try to start a new game from the menu. Reproducible with the demo too. The game utilizes the Wintermute Engine.
A new game can be started with Wine-1.3.18 and the result of the regression test:

d3dxof: GetName can be used to just get the name length.

I also added some tests ( http://source.winehq.org/git/wine.git/?a=commit;h=ddecb6aae5d61fad0b95a76fe3... ) to show we are compliant with native. I seems something wrong happened and we are passed a wrong pointer. The old implementation was returning a error preventing the game to access the buffer.
