1. winetricks -q msxml3, works around Bug 32423
2. start the installer: $ QvodSetupPlus5.exe
3. click on any checkbox in the treeview
Compare the two screenshot will found the bug. Workaround by `winetricks -q cc580`

Notice that the scroll bar is expanded this time and a piece of blank area is drawn.
