please specify the Wine version.
The installer seems to require .NET Framework 2.0 prerequisite.

Don't use the same WINEPREFIX with multiple software installations, it makes problems hard to track down (invalidates bug reports). Please retry installation with a clean (new!) WINEPREFIX and recent Wine.
If it still fails the same way this might be a Mono problem.
With 'winetricks -q dotnet20' in clean 32-bit WINEPREFIX the installer runs fine here.
$ wine --version wine-1.7.6-296-g9a19286

Sorry for that. But I was not able to download the Original VSTA SDK 2005 from the Microsoft Homepage.

Thanks a lot for this. I could not saw this

The Problem is. The Program "Solidworks 2014" I wish install finally needs all this packages.

--- Comment #4 from Anastasius Focht focht@gmx.net --- Hello folks,
I can't reproduce this, resolving 'fixed'. It was likely invalid anyway due to OP using a broken WINEPREFIX.
Prerequisite:
'Visual Studio 2005 standard' -> 'winetricks --no-isolate -q vc2005trial' (includes .NET 2.0)
$ sha1sum VSTASDKFebruary2007.exe fcecac0b4c7fbd5c7b764e559dff6f70e0d42602 VSTASDKFebruary2007.exe
$ du -sh VSTASDKFebruary2007.exe 146M VSTASDKFebruary2007.exe
$ wine --version wine-1.7.31-99-g5ecea72
NOTE: even if the installer is named 'VSTASDKFebruary2007.exe' it's actually the 2005 SDK.
