[Bug 15766] New: Rapid Uploader crashes sometimes, also gives AppBar err.

Ubuntu 8.10; Wine 1.1.7; Lastest Rapid Uploader tool.

Ok, the first time that I launched Rapiduploader.exe Wine crashed reporting a
segfault and other things.

Second time the program (Rapid Uploader) crashed asking for rpcrt4.dll.

Third time the program started, but throwing a lot of lines (and really fast)
to console saying:

err:appbar:SHAppBarMessage couldn't find appbar window

So I thought it was because installing native things with winetricks, because
that I deleted my .wine directory and tried to start the aplication again.

With clean .wine directory I got a lot of log lines about the same FixMe:

fixme:appbar:handle_appbarmessage SHAppBarMessage(ABM_GETTASKBARPOS,
hwnd=0x10026): stub

Another issue is that if you press "delete" button, the menu shows up for a
random amount of time and auto closes, without giving you the possibility of
clicking anything else.

Another one is:

1. Press "Add" button
2. Select any file in the file selector dialog
3. Try to press "Open"
4. See that nothing happen (hehehe)
5. Double click the file
6. See that now the file is correctly chosen and file selector dialog closes.

If the file selected is too big for Rapidshare (> 100MB) it'll show a message
that you can't close clicking in the "Ok", instead you have to press "Enter".

Please open separate bugs for different problems. If there is a crash
attach a backtrace.

The problem is that I'm not sure if all the problems are related to the rpcrt4
thing.

I'll try to reproduce the crash (seems to happen only with some native dll that
I got when using winetricks)

Yes. It seems it was dirty & old .wine dir causing troubles, I tried installed
half of winetricks things and I can't reproduce the crash :)

However the flood of FixMe's are very annoying when running from console, also
the impossibility to use the Delete button correctly and the File Selector.

Anyway, I guess Austin English confirms (partially) this bug.

Would you please file two new bugs for those issues? It's messy to track
multiple bugs in one report. I'd then close this one as abandoned/invalid.
