On Ubuntu 9.10 beta with wine 1.1.30 I get this error when I open files .exe.

With wine-1.0.1 I dont have this issue, but yes with 1.1.30 (from ppa). Then I dont have who to fix this, but I need report to someone to fix!

I don't have a similar one on my system (and thus no problem), so I'm inclined to think this is something deeper. At the moment I don't know the source of the error.
As for where the bug report goes, it's my package, so whichever way I end up seeing the bug report is fine. In the future this kind of thing can go in launchpad.

Isn't coming from Wine. This is not Wine bug, report it to your distro.
