Internal taskmgr in Wine 1.1.42

Almost all other fields are almost missing.

This could help in debugging certain bugs.

I could see in a real time GDI objects consumption - that could at least
indicate there's a problem with Wine server/libraries.

Wine server has nothing to do with GDI handles. Seeing handle count
couldn't help in debugging in any way.

This could help in bug 26572 by example (The 4th Coming) or bug 2256 (Miranda.)
Both apps report "out of GDI object handles".

taskmgr.exe from win7 won't start here. At first, fails because it needs
pcwum.dll, then fails because KERNEL32.dll.CreateThreadpoolCleanupGroup is
unimplemented.

Is this still an issue in 1.7.3 or newer wine?
