Hi,

I`ve seen this in Olive Tree Bible, B4A, and a few more I can`t remember (:()

At least in B4A it happens after:

- winetricks dotnet462
- first save
- open Designer
- Create a new object (for example a "Label")
- Move the Label --> Error appears

I don`t know what these three api`s are suppoded to do, but just faking succes
(return S_OK) makes the program apparantly behave fine

Are you using overrides? Because I get
> System.EntryPointNotFoundException: Unable to find an entry point named 'SetWindowThemeAttribute' in DLL 'UxTheme.dll'.

I sent a patch for that to wine-devel but it did not (yet?) appear. The patch
is in other bugreport for B4A in bugzilla
