This bug was analyzed nicely in
http://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=8945#c4

The immediate msxml3 problem has been fixed, but the install still fails,
even with 'winetricks corefonts vcrun6 wsh56 msxml3 winver=winxp'

If this is the same as 8945, then it's a shdocvw problem.
