[Bug 3318] MS WordViewer 2003 does not install

Please note that even though the installer says an error occurred, a number of
files did manage to get installed, and running the installed WORDVIEW.EXE binary
does appear to work the way it should.

Only snag I've found was that when you start WordView.exe it will present a file
selection dialog. The button to go up 1 directory in this dialog doesn't work.
