Steps to reproduce:
1) remove ~/.wine
2) winetricks dotnet mdac26
3) install eXtreme Movie Manager 7
4) wine FTP Manager.exe

Behaviour:
Left part of image

Expected behaviour:
Right part of image

Workaround:
sh winetricks gdiplus

Tested in 1.3.22 and 1.3.22-203-gac90c1b

While searching to see if this bug had already been reported I saw this issue
come up in some other applications mentioned on the wine users forum:
