new wineprefix 32 bit OS 32 bit wine game setup screen - many display resolutions available

Unsure currently how to bisect this, as I have never bisected a wow64 compile before.

Did it work in a previous Wine version? If not, a bisected won't help.

Exactly the same way you would normally do it. It just takes longer.
Any idea if the demo is affected?

You can't bisect between the same version of 32-bit Wine and 64-bit Wine. How does that make any sense?

--- Comment #4 from Nathan Bennett version2013@protonmail.com --- Sorry for the confusion, I forgot to include the following.
wine-9.5
32 bit wine and 64 bit old wow64 wine game setup screen - many display resolutions available
The FlatOut 1 demo appears to lack a setup menu. No display options available.
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56588
--- Comment #5 from Nathan Bennett version2013@protonmail.com --- The display resolution limit also appears in:
Flashout 3D: Enhanced Edition https://www.gog.com/game/flashout_3d_enhanced_edition
wine-9.5 many resolutions available
wine-9.6 current desktop resolution is only available choice
https://bugs.winehq.org/show_bug.cgi?id=56588
--- Comment #6 from Andrew Nguyen arethusa26@gmail.com --- With Flashout 3D: Enhanced Edition, I could not reproduce with wine-9.8 and a 64-bit Wine prefix the issue of the list of in-game display resolutions being limited to the current desktop resolution. I'm always able to see in the "Flashout3D-EE Configuration" dialog on startup a complete list of display resolutions. I tested the game in an X11-only session and also with it running under XWayland.

If I understood your comment correctly, your issue can be reproduced in wine-9.6 with a clean 64-bit prefix and it does not occur in wine-9.5 with that same prefix architecture.
Would you be able to perform a regression test to track down the issue in your environment? Instructions on how to perform a regression test are available at https://wiki.winehq.org/Building_Wine and you can review information on how to build WoW64 Wine here: https://wiki.winehq.org/Building_Wine

--- Comment #8 from Nathan Bennett version2013@protonmail.com --- No regression test needed this time.
The in-game setup display resolution list is complete again. Confirming wine-9.8 has this issue fixed.
Thanks for testing and thanks for the fix.
