Not sure when this change in MTGA's download manager happened, but now it's
stuck in an update loop.
While I'm not entirely sure this is the cause of the looping, in the logs, I
see that it needs some new UWP debug library:

I would, but this game requires native dotnet48 (sorry, forgot to mention that)
and I am worried that posting a log with it might violate cleanroom policy. I
can assure tho that it's not dotnet48 that needs this UWP dependency, as my
prefix is quite old and I haven't seen it ask for that dependency before.

@Alexandr: Could you provide exact steps to reproduce this crash? I can get up
to login window; Do you have to login to see this bug? What things do you have
to click/do then?

I am really not sure what changed, but I can no longer reproduce the issue,
even with my old prefix. Maybe the issue affected real Windows as well and the
developers quickly fixed it via a remote update. My deepest apologies for not
investigating this issue thoroughly enough :( Closing.
