it shows the error programs details

trying to use smart pss, it crashes as soon as i open the .exe file, i can
install it, and there is no issue, the issue is when i run the program

Hello Rodrigo,

since you didn't provide any further details about the product (vendor,
download) and Wine version used ...

It's probably this one: https://qsee.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/907
("PC remote monitoring software for the QC Series DVRs (Smart PSS)")

Installs and runs fine with recent Wine.

There is a login dialog shown on startup.
I guessed the account name 'admin' and password 'admin' and it actually let me
go further.

There is some fancy GUI where one can add remote cameras, configure stuff and
the like.

Again: Please confirm it's this software and specify the Wine version you used.
